Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to engage homeowners in storm-affected areas and connect them with our roofing professionals. You will be the friendly first contact, canvassing neighborhoods, discussing potential roof damage, and guiding homeowners toward a complimentary inspection.

The role emphasizes a flexible schedule, being on your feet for several hours daily, and uncapped performance pay on top of a $15/hour base, with weekly pay and room for growth

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Professional and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Enjoys outdoor work and talking with people.
• Strong communication with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods recently impacted by storms.
• Speak with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Identify homeowners who'd like a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introduce interested homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Help gather basic information needed to start the insurance claim process.
