Job summary

Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to join its storm restoration team in Westminster, MD. You will be the friendly first contact for homeowners, canvassing neighborhoods hit by storms and informing them about roof inspections and our services.

Compensation includes $15.00 per hour for field work plus uncapped performance pay ($100–$200+ per day). You’ll work flexible hours in a ground-level role, with weekly pay and orientation to our inspection process for

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-impacted neighborhoods.

• Identify homeowners who want a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introduce interested homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Help gather basic information to start the insurance claim process.
