This role requires 5+ years in project ops within utility or infrastructure settings, travel to storm events, and a track record of accurate reporting and documentation for billing and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or field management within utility, construction, or infrastructure environments.
  • Direct experience managing storm restoration or emergency response operations.
  • Experience leading a coordination team or supervising subcontractors preferred.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and utility billing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead storm mobilization: crew scheduling, roster management, and resource deployment.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and leadership for timely response.
  • Track daily storm activity: crew counts, production, equipment use, status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for billing and compliance.
  • Manage communication among field teams, leadership, customers, and support.
  • Escalate risks and resource gaps with recommended actions.
  • Establish real-time operational reporting for leadership and customers.
  • Handle onboarding and coordination of subcontractors and staff.
