Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years engineering experience, or advanced degrees with credits for additional years.
• Proven leadership under challenging conditions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes (IEEE, NESC, NEC, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineers and technicians across locations to deliver high-quality, timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards and construction specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve department goals.
• Forecast budgets and manage resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Support storm restoration efforts and incident investigations as needed.
