Best Choice Roofing in Lafayette, LA is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs and properties, guide homeowners through the restoration process, and present funding options.

You will generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing, work with insurance adjusters, and attend weekly sales meetings. Paid training is provided and top performers can earn from $63k-$120k per year after ramp-up, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps).
• Ability to climb ladders and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Saturdays commonly required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs and property.
• Guide customers through the restoration process and funding options.
• Generate new leads via neighborhood canvassing and door-to-door outreach.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters for optimal outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
