Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or consultative experience preferred.
• Experience with lead generation, canvassing, or similar outreach is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and inspect roofs.
• Able to work outdoors and carry up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly; Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof inspections.
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process and insurance claims.
• Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Present findings to homeowners and provide cost estimates and funding options.
• Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve favorable outcomes.
