Job summary

The University of Minnesota—St. Paul campus is seeking a Stores Specialist/Receiving Individual for on-site work at Huntington Bank Stadium. You will receive and document deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep storage areas organized and safe.

The role requires physical effort and adherence to safety protocols. This essential position supports event-based scheduling and is represented by Teamsters Local 320.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• English literacy for reading, writing and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods: verify quantities and quality against orders.
• Maintain accurate stock levels; perform cycle counts and inventories.
• Store and organize items; proper labeling and clean storage areas.
• Complete receiving paperwork; take photos of damaged goods; end-of-day paperwork.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
• Follow safety rules, use PPE, maintain a safe working environment.

Education
