Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Operations Associate for the Inventory Support Center in Minneapolis. The role supports fan engagement and operational execution, including POS transactions and in-venue assistance during home games and events.

You will help fans, maintain store standards, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with shopping experiences to ensure a positive visit.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Execute brand connections and ensure a top-notch customer experience.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Collaborate with team to represent the Fanatics brand positively on game day.
