Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service fundamentals and building a guest-first culture.
• Knowledge of retail business basics and merchandising.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead store salesfloor and backroom with team on daily priorities.
• Work with ETL mentor and leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities including stocking and safety and guest experience.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Set goals, review reports, and communicate priorities to leadership.
• Support development and growth opportunities for team members.
