Job summary

Rustler Lodge Inc., located in Alta, Utah, seeks a Kitchen Receiver / Storeroom Manager for a full-time seasonal role. You will manage food shipments, organize storerooms, and ensure proper handling and storage of goods while supporting guest service in a premier ski lodge.

The position requires lifting up to 75 pounds, ability to stand for long periods, and a Utah food handler permit. Live-in or live-out accommodations and a ski pass are available as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time, in uniform ready to work.
• Help manage food shipments.
• Unload, sort, and put away food shipments.
• Ensure that all food is put away in a correct and organized way.
• Interact with food purveyors to manage shipments and ensure orders are delivered correctly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
