Job summary

Rustler Lodge Inc in Alta, Utah, is seeking a Seasonal Public Areas / Laundry Attendant to maintain clean public areas and launder linens. The role includes early mornings or evenings with shifts from 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, and requires weekend/holiday work.

Live-out or live-in housing is available; ski pass is included. This is a full-time seasonal position running December through April. Applicants should be capable of standing long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Launder bedding, towels, dining room linens, and uniforms.
• Perform nightly turndown service.
• Empty trash in hallways and common areas.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.

General job description: Responsible for cleaning public areas of the lodge.

FLSA status: Non-exempt

Employment: Full Time Seasonal December 1st- Mid April

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Show up on time, in uniform ready to work
• Clean all lodge public areas, including lobbies, public restrooms, laundry areas, spa, jacuzzi, and pool areas, fitness center, business center, and other areas per department checklists.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas per lodge protocols.
• Vacuum public, office, and employee areas.
• Dust and vacuum.
• Maintain custodial carts and closets with supplies.
• Perform nightly turndown service.
• Launder all bedding, towels, dining room linens, and kitchen uniforms
• Wipe interior windows.
• Clean elevators.
• Empty trash in hallways and common areas.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Schedule

• Shifts any day of the week 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, exact times may vary
  • Allows for ski time most work days but not guaranteed
• Weekend and Holiday work required
• No vacation as this is a seasonal position

Accommodations

• Both live out and live-in positions available
• For live-in positions, onsite housing available in shared dormitory-style rooms. Bi-weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day
