Responsibilities

• Show up on time, with clean uniform, ready to work.
• Scrape and sort dishes for washing; operate dishwashing equipment.
• Monitor water temperature and detergent levels.
• Unload and store dishes and utensils properly.
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors for a safe workspace.
• Transport trash to dumpsters and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in food prep and serving as needed.
• Stock kitchen supplies and organize storage areas.
• Report equipment faults to supervisor.
• Follow daily duties and perform additional tasks as assigned.
