Job summary

Vallen invites you to join a dedicated team as a VSS Storeroom Representative I, typically stationed at a customer site, responsible for procuring products and materials that meet price, quality, timing, and reliability standards.

In this role you will support customers and suppliers, manage purchase orders, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth supply. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years in customer service.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory management applications.
• Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities to meet customer demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Assess vendors and items for specifications, price, and delivery.
• Monitor quality and timeliness of products; coordinate returns if needed.
• Follow up on purchase orders and update customers on status.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
