Responsibilities

• Perform storeroom activities per procedures and log receipts.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and store them properly.
• Assist in creating receiving reports and communicate with cost controllers.
• Notify supervisor about discrepancies and assist with credits or replacements.
• Maintain orderly PO/receiving files and ensure proper dating and pricing.
• Store refrigerated items correctly and monitor stock rotation.
• Assist in monthly inventories and tracking shipments.
