Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center in Arlington, TX is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, replacing amenities, reporting maintenance needs, and upholding safety protocols to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Previous cleaning or hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Replace linens and amenities and report maintenance needs.
• Report suspicious behavior, lost items, and other discrepancies as needed.
• Keep cleaning carts and linen closets organized with stocked supplies.
• Attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas when necessary.
