The Storeroom Manager is responsible for the oversight of the storage and inventory of supplies, equipment, and food and beverage items used throughout the hotel. They ensure that stock levels are maintained, organized, and replenished as needed to support daily operations. The manager also tracks deliveries, inspects incoming goods for quality and accuracy, and ensures proper storage conditions. Additionally, they enforce inventory control procedures to minimize waste, loss, or theft.
