Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Attendant to join our team in a customer-site role. You will handle daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory, while maintaining a clean, organized work environment and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include unloading, data entry for stock records, and supporting inventory controls. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and safety awareness are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency, including MS-Office; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store incoming products and equipment.
• Sort, label and store items to optimize crib space and accessibility.
• Issue items to site employees and maintain accurate issue/return records.
• Enter stock data into databases and respond to inquiries on inventory levels and delivery schedules.
• Perform cycle counts and prepare inventory reports.
