Job summary

Vallen in Lincolnshire, IL seeks a Storeroom Crib Attendant to support daily receiving, stocking, issuing and cycle counting at customer sites. You will maintain a clean, organized crib and ensure accurate stock records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• Warehouse experience and/or aptitude in a warehouse setting; forklift/cherry picker experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; proficient with MS-Office; familiarity with ERP systems helpful.
• Demonstrated math ability to compute rates, quantities, and percentages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; team-oriented.
• Attention to detail and safety-mindedness.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and stores incoming product; checks for damage and discrepancies with invoices.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items; optimizes crib space and organization.
• Issues items to site employees; maintains accurate issuance/return records.
• Enters stock data into databases; retrieves information for inquiries and reports.
• Performs cycle counts and assists with inventory maintenance.
• Delivers tools/equipment to work locations; assists with safety and housekeeping.
