Job summary

SteelHold Inc. seeks an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Lead to champion storefront operations and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. You will blend high‑impact customer engagement with hands‑on order fulfillment and inventory coordination to keep projects moving.

The role requires organizing, proactive service, and collaboration with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely orders, accurate pricing, and a positive customer journey. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or inside sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter.
• Guide customers through product selection, pricing, availability and recommendations.
• Maintain clean, organized storefront and fully stocked sales floor.
• Operate POS, manage cash drawer, and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Enter, process, and track orders in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and local deliveries.
• Deliver orders locally when needed and support outbound outreach for appointments.
