Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) with weekend availability to deliver friendly, fast service and assist customers with product selection. You will operate the POS system, prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, help with bread merchandising, keep a clean, food-safe workspace, and collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Cross-training in cashier, barista, and bread areas is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
