Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in West Covina, CA is seeking a Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) to deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service, greet guests, help with product selection, and operate the POS system accurately.

You'll prepare coffee and beverages, assist with bread merchandising, maintain a clean, food-safe workspace, and collaborate with teammates and store leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience; weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
