85°C Bakery Cafe in California is seeking a Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier). You will deliver friendly, fast, and memorable service, greet guests, and help with product selection while operating the POS system.

This role involves preparing drinks and pastries, assisting with bread merchandising, and keeping a clean, food-safe workspace. Weekend availability preferred; comprehensive training and benefits accompany opportunities for growth within the growing brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
