Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is expanding its operations and seeks a Retail Warehouse Associate to manage floor inventory and coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser for optimal product placement. The role includes loading, unloading, stocking, wrapping, and preparing items for delivery or pickup.

You will support warehouse operations, maintain organization, and assist with minor repairs and weekly checklists while contributing to a service-oriented customer experience on the showroom floor.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor and set up incoming products; move from warehouse to floor.
• Wrap and store sold products for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser to prioritize floor and merchandise setup.
• Document product receipt and clerical warehouse tasks.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Keep warehouse and backroom clean and organized.
