Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain inventory on the sales floor, coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser, and oversee warehouse operations for customer pickup or delivery. You will unload, stock, wrap, and move products while maintaining a clean, organized backroom.

Requirements include US work authorization, being 18+, ability to lift 100+ lbs., and flexibility to work weekends. Benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manually unload and load products repeatedly from semi-trailers.
• Maintain showroom floor inventory and set up incoming products.
• Wrap and store sold products for delivery or customer pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual team to arrange floor and merchandise.
• Document product receipt and clerical warehouse tasks.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; perform light repairs as needed.
• Complete weekly warehouse checklist and support cost reduction efforts.
• Assist with furniture assembly using hand tools.
