Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain inventory on the sales floor and support warehouse operations. You will oversee product setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery, while ensuring cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

You will work with the Visual team daily or weekly to prioritize floor arrangements and incoming merchandise, assist with documentation, and handle basic repairs or housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Maintain reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor and set up incoming products.
• Transfer products from warehouse to floor and monitor quality.
• Wrap and store sold items for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate daily with Visual team to prioritize floor and merchandise setup.
• Document product receipt and manage warehouse records.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Keep the warehouse and backroom clean and organized.
• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Complete weekly warehouse checklist.
• Help reduce store operating expenses related to warehouse functions.
• Fulfill other duties and special projects as assigned.
