Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Store Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Express team. This role focuses on creating a visually compelling shopping environment, executing floor sets, and training staff on merchandising standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You will work with store leadership to manage floor plans, back stock, and replenishment while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3–5 years of in-store leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated visual merchandising and customer experience skills
• Proficiency with technology (iPad, RFID, registers, etc.)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours

Responsibilities

• Understand floor plans and floor set direction
• Execute floor sets and merchandising changes
• Flex visual merchandising to meet store needs while upholding company standards
• Maintain organized back stock and address replenishment needs
• Train store associates on visual merchandising requirements
• Support Store Manager in supervising store operations and driving sales
