Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Store Visual Merchandising Manager for the Tucson Premium location. You will oversee floor plans, execute floor sets, and ensure visual standards while training staff and supporting store operations to drive a compelling in-store experience.

The role requires strong supervisory and communication skills, proven merchandising expertise, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a specialty retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated visual merchandising and customer experience skills.
• Technology proficiency with iPad, RFID, registers, etc.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Understand floor plans and floor set direction.
• Execute floor sets and merchandising changes.
• Flex visual merchandising to meet store needs while maintaining standards.
• Keep back stock organized and address replenishment needs.
• Provide direction with the store Operations Expert (if applicable).
• Train store associates on visual merchandising requirements.
