Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Store Visual Merchandising Manager for the Tucson Premium team. You will help create a visually appealing shopping environment, support the Store Manager, and lead merchandising initiatives while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of in-store leadership, strong merchandising and customer experience skills, and proficiency with retail tech (iPad, RFID, registers).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience including in-store leadership.
• Demonstrated visual merchandising and customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand floor plans and floor set direction and execute floor sets.
• Flex visual merchandising to meet store needs while maintaining standards.
• Train store associates on visual merchandising requirements and supervise operations.
