Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Store Visual Merchandising Manager for Tucson Premium to lead visually compelling in-store environments and elevate customer experience. You will support the Store Manager in supervising associates, coordinating floor sets, and ensuring brand standards across all visual execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in-store leadership, strong merchandising skills, and proficiency with technology like iPad and RFID. Availability for nights and weekends is needed to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience including in-store leadership.
• Demonstrated visual merchandising and customer experience skills.
• Technology proficiency (iPad, RFID, registers, etc.).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Understand floor plans and floor set direction.
• Execute floor sets accurately.
• Flex visual merchandising to meet store needs while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure back stock is organized and identify replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with Store Operations Expert (if applicable) and provide direction.
• Train store associates on visual merchandising requirements.
• Teach staff how to flex visual merchandising appropriately.
• Assist Store Manager in managing store associates, driving sales, and ensuring policy compliance.
