• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well presented.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines.
• Manage and train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Build professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee store finances, budget, and merchandise margins.
