Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools and procedures.
• Proficiency with computer use, reports, inventory and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure site is clean, stocked and properly merchandised per Company standards.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and address customer issues promptly.
• Perform performance feedback and training to meet safety and quality standards.
• Organize files, reports and maintain orderly records; manage store operations.
