Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisor.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Organize site files and ensure reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced correctly.
• Maintain posted employment posters and signage per policy.
