Job summary

Triad-Technologies-LL is seeking a full-time Retail Customer Service Associate for ParkerStore locations. You will assist customers in-store, by email and on the phone, and help maintain the store standards while fabricating hose assemblies and operating related tools.

The role requires a High School diploma and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Two to three years of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and Triad employees.
• Strong mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units).
• Able to use tape measures, micrometers and other measurement tools.
• Able to interpret technical instructions and handle multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for in-store, email, and phone ParkerStore customers.
• Fabricate hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic hose assemblies as required.
• Safely operate saws, crimpers and other power tools.
• Coordinate pick up transactions and locate/pull orders.
• Perform data entry for ParkerStore operations and inventory.
• Maintain cycle counts, stock shelves and transfer product between locations.
• Assist in creating showroom displays and support marketing programs.
• Open/close store with manager and support after-hours emergencies when needed.
• Drive to deliver/pick up materials as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
