Job summary

Triad-Technologies-LL is seeking a Storage/Store Associate to provide in-store, email, and phone support for ParkerStore customers. You will guide ParkerStore Support Specialists, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with displays and marketing programs.

You will open and close the store, handle cash procedures, and prepare reports. The role requires a High School diploma, strong communication skills, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Able to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications.
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service in-store, via email, and by phone for ParkerStore customers.
• Maintains daily direction for ParkerStore Support Specialist(s).
• Performs data entry, inventory management, and cycle counts.
• Operates tools and equipment safely and assists with material handling.
• Opens/closes the store; handles cash procedures and deposits as required.
• Drives to deliver/pick up materials and maintains showroom appearance.
