Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will help maintain store presentation, assist customers with loading purchases, and ensure accurate cash handling and plan-o-gram execution while upholding safety and bird-care standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover Needs & Wants; Recommend Product Solutions; Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in mandatory freight process.
