Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.
• Stock and recover merchandise; participate in freight process and plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties; execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler where age requirements allow; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience and maintain bird safety and poultry areas.
