Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions while maintaining merchandising standards and safety in a busy retail environment.

No experience is required, but retail or farming knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to support selling initiatives and tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following store procedures.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, pricing changes, and general store upkeep.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and poultry and sanitize holding tanks.
