Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Supporting operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers and build rapport, bilingual a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operational instructions.
• Proficiency in basic math and following instructions.
• Operate POS and related equipment (Cashier only).
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing (Cashier only).
• Passion and knowledge of outdoor hobbies (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• Meet legal requirements for firearm transactions (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Use of basic tools and equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service.
• Emergency response knowledge.
• Strong situational awareness.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision.
• Adherence to work hours and policies.
• Ability to walk, reach, talk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, lift (up to 60 pounds), and perform repetitive motions.
• Visual abilities including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
