Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only)

Work Experience

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Support of operations and sales targets preferred (Cashier only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and engage with customers; bilingual a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with basic math and instructions.
• Operate POS and related equipment (Cashier only).
• Experience with inventory systems (Cashier only).
• Passionate about outdoor hobbies and skills.
• Must meet legal requirements for firearm sales (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness.
