Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experience:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Supporting operations to drive excellence and sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Qualify for FOID card (Illinois only, Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Use basic tools and equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly service.
• Understand emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness skills.

• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
