Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and engage with customers, including bilingual abilities a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Proficiency in basic math and understanding written instructions.
• Operate POS equipment, symbol, and telephone (Cashier Only).
• Write routine reports (Cashier Only).
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing (Cashier Only).
• Passion and knowledge of outdoor hobbies (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• Must meet federal and state firearm transaction requirements (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Must qualify for FOID card (Illinois only, Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Use of basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly service.
• Emergency response knowledge.
• Situational awareness and observation skills.

• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Suitable hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Stand, handle, and use fingers repeatedly.
