Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection).

Work Experience:

• Previous related experience preferred.
• Experience with POS equipment, symbols, and telephones preferred (Cashier).
• Experience supporting operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier).
• At least 4 years of outdoor hobbies and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection).
• Background in Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice is a plus (Asset Protection).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers, bilingual skills a plus.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with basic math and instructions.
• Experience operating POS systems and related equipment (Cashier).
• Passion for outdoor activities and hobbies.
• Compliance with firearm sales and possession laws (Fishing and Hunting).
• Ability to use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Strong situational awareness and emergency response skills.
