Job summary

Gregory's Coffee is seeking a Team Lead to oversee a location, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness at all hours. You will be the on-site leader when Store Leaders are not present, with a flexible schedule shared with other leaders to cover operating hours.

You will develop staff, enforce health and safety standards, and coach teams to deliver 5-star service while maintaining store appearance and inventory control.

Responsibilities
