Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader in Springfield, MA to assist the Store Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising goals while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will promote a safe work environment and train team members on policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates bring retail or farming/animal care knowledge, supervisory experience, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending solutions, and adding value.
• Execute merchandising activities, open/close procedures, and manage daily workflow.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and accurate cash handling across shifts.
• Operate store equipment including forklift and baler, and complete required documentation.
