Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Store Manager in executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will promote a safe, productive environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, merchandising, bank deposits, and resolving customer issues to ensure a Legendary shopping experience. Strong retail/supervisory skills and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value.
• Execute merchandising, opening/closing, and bank deposits.
• Maintain safety and productive work environment; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively with team members.
