Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team in Lewisville, TX. You will support daily operations, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales storewide.

Role requires acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing, maintaining a clean and organized store, and upholding Cavender’s culture and policies. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive the Mission, Vision, and values.
• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet or exceed sales per hour.
• Act as Manager on Duty: assist in day-to-day management and supervise store associates.
• Open and close the store; address customer needs; handle returns and assignments.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit structure, and reducing controllable expenses.
• Assist in the training of store staff.
• Keep the store clean, organized and well-presented inside and outside; ensure associates look neat and professional.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Understand and execute all company policies; participate in Loss Prevention measures.
• Any other duties as assigned.
