Responsibilities

• Staff management and development: Coaching and training hourly employees on daily tasks.
• Participate in hourly associate recruitment including pre-screening and interviewing.
• Seeks opportunities for professional development for self and team members.
• Operations: Complete day-to-day tasks and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Represent and communicate Goodwill’s Mission, Vision and Values to customers.
• Financial management and reporting: Track day-to-day sales, donations, and resources.
