Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values to create an engaging visual experience for FP customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance customer experience and encourages the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Delivers omni-channel shopping and event experiences using MPOS, POS, and customer service apps.
• Leads with a people-first philosophy and provides timely, specific feedback to develop the team.
• Manages daily operations with scheduling, payroll, and inventory controls to support store profitability.
