Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Spartanburg to lead and mentor a team, protect customers, and build a career in a promote-from-within culture.

You’ll coach a 4-5 technician team, manage tire and wheel inventory, and ensure a welcoming, safe customer experience while learning on the job and growing with the company. This role offers weekly pay and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver''s license is required.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace for the store and tone for the team; coach and mentor on the floor.
• Coach a team of 4-5 technicians in tire and wheel services.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with a welcoming, safe experience.
• Learn by doing with hands-on training and development.
