Discount Tire in South Carolina is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and mentor a team, keep customers safe, and build a career you love on the floor with hands-on leadership.

You’ll coach a 4-5 technician team, bust tires, manage inventory of tires and wheels, and ensure a welcoming, safe customer experience while driving growth through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Bust tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with a welcoming, safe experience.
• Grow through hands-on training and development.
